Team Fuji If you ride a big bike this may be the one for you 60cm c-t, with a 58cm top tube. Quad butted steel, fully lugged with chrome fork crown. Bike can be customized with other gearing, bars, stem, pedals, crank, seats, second brake, etc. but it is ready to ride as is.

Lugs are just beautiful, flat chromed crown really sets this bike apart.

Here is the Chrome Crown... Now where is the king? Here is the latest project bike in the shop, quad butted steel tubing with full lugged construction, dreamy blue paint with yellow accents.

Bicycle freaks start at an early age. I'm guessing I was about 3.

This orange bike FAT BASTARD doesn't count as a fixed, but it one of the nicest custom cruisers around. My girls loved the cruising fun too, costumes are a must.

This is the backwards drivetrain cruiser I built for the 2005 Tour de Fat. 1960's Schwinn cantilever frame and smooth left hand side fixed drivetrain.

We also do custom wheel building. These are an example of some twisted wheels I made to show off. Some mountain wheels for 9 speed drivetrain that I am selling. First $100 takes them, I want them out of my shop. They are built for V-brakes or cantilever brakes with 100mm and 135mm standard MTB spacing for quick releases. DeoreLX and Deore hubs in black for Shimano 9 spd (will work with 8 speed too) Sapim straight gauge spokes(front radial laced with black alloy locking nipples) Sapim double butted spokes(rear 3 cross lacing pattern with black brass locking nipples) Velocity K525 silver rims, 32 holes, 385g each very light for smaller riders or racing applications, VERY quick to accelerate wheelset.

Nishiki in pale blue. This shows part of the process of creating a fixed gear which involves breaking the bike down completely, inpecting all the parts and overhauling all bearings. This phoenix will rise again.

Raleigh Technium in silver. Normally I don't bother with aluminum fixys. But I had to make an exception for this beauty.

Typical build. Take a classic lugged steel road bike that survived well from the mid 80's. That is a ~20 years! Simplify the drivetrain. Adapt the rear wheel through retensioning and redishing. Overhaul Bottom Bracket, Headset, and both hubs. Use a new fixed cog, and new chain with fresh rubber and wrap and BAM! Now it is ready for another 20 years. Here is the Red Fuji finished.

Fixed gear super shop. Request a specific frame size(52cm-60cm)c-t, select between bike frames all nice classic steel(Reynolds 531, Tange 1, 4130 Chromoly Steel), select preferred crank arm length(165mm-175mm), select gearing, select brake setup(no brakes, front only, full), select stem and bar. Basic package starts at $200 and includes all new (tires, tubes, chain, track cog, bar wrap). Build time is about 1 week, includes complete rebuild from frame up. If you have a vision let us help you make it a reality. Pictures include former builds and current projects. Get your Fixed Gear Fix, and rediscover the joy of riding this Spring. Classic steel will not let you down. Many of our bikes weigh less than carbon fiber and titanium super bikes that cost $3000 and up.
